A home inspection consists of a non-invasive, visual inspection of
your home and its systems. It's important that you know the condition of the foundation, the roof, the a/c and
heating sytems, along with the plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and everything else.
What You Receive...
Our Licensed and Insured Inspectors will spend three to four hours
thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the Property you're purchasing - from the Roof to the Basement and all
areas in between.
You're welcome to come along with us during the inspection,
in fact we encourage you to attend. Ok, if you’re a veteran home buyer it may not be as important that you’re there
the entire time. However, if you're new to the home buying process, it’s very important that you’re there from
start to finish.
We’ll not only inspect the house you’re buying but we’ll share
with you what needs to be maintained and why. You’ll get a real education about your new home. Don’t worry, we’ll
explain everything in terms you can understand. We're a “Jargon Free” Company!
After the inspection, you'll receive both a detailed and a
summary report outlining the inspection findings. Many of the existing homeowners living in the house are
totally unaware of the fact their homes could potentially have problems that need major repairs... and I'm sure you
don't want to pay for these repairs yourself after moving in, do you?
That's why having this information prior to closing puts you in a
better position to negotiate price, repair costs, etc...
